Danielle Riley, CPBA, CPVA Founder & Principal Danielle Riley has dedicated the last twelve years to a progressive career in training and employee development. Her experience encompasses all aspects of the training and development cycle and spans industries including, Hi-tech, Medical, Telecommunications, Financial Services and Internet Marketing. Danielle spent the early part of her career building and facilitating technical and proprietary application training programs. From there, she gained invaluable HR experience as a Global DIrector for Training and Organizational Development where she successfully implemented programs to improve employee, manager and organizational performance. Danielle's passion for workforce learning and employee development serve as her basis for founding Performance Learning Solutions. She strongly believes in the impact each employee can make in an organization when they have the essential skills, knowledge and tools required to do their jobs. Her audience can expect to wonder “where the time went.” Her classes are positive, energetic and candidly useful. The biggest lesson Danielle has learned is the value of an employee’s time. She makes the most of her journey with her participants and turns them around ready, willing and able to PERFORM! Danielle received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire, Durham. She is certified in the DISC and PIAV Instruments. Danielle is an active member of the Northeast Human Resource Association, American Society for Training and Development, Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Women’s Club. |
